Robert Kraus, Esq., has been practicing law since 1983, after graduating from Bates College (1979, Magna Cum Laude, High Honors, ranked 6th in graduating class standing) and Boston College Law School (1983). Attorney Kraus spent his junior year in college studying at Manchester College, Oxford, Oxford, England. After graduating from Boston College Law School, Attorney Kraus was awarded a Rotary Foundation Scholarship to study at the University of Auckland, New Zealand for a year. Attorney Kraus practiced law in Boston for several years before being elected State Representative to the Great and General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Massachusetts Legislature) for the 12th Plymouth District in 1989 serving communities in Southeastern Massachusetts. He served for eight years, and since his departure from the Legislature, in addition to his legal practice, has become a legislative agent serving his clients' interests before the Legislature and State Agencies. Attorney Kraus has been active in several charitable and educational institutions and belongs to several social organizations. |

Attorney Kelleher graduated from Providence College in 1988 and cum laude from New England School of Law in 1994. Attorney Kelleher worked in Boston prior to joining the firm of Kraus & Hummel LLP. Attorney Kelleher has served on the Marshfield, MA Zoning Board of Appeals since 2004. Mr. Kelleher is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and United States District Court of Massachusetts. Mr. Kelleher has completed numerous complex trials in the Superior, District, Housing and Land Court. Mr. Kelleher has also represented clients at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. |

Anne A. Hummel, Esq., has been practicing law since 1981, after graduating from The Taft School in Watertown, Connecticut, Mt. Holyoke College (1978), Suffolk University Law School (1981). Attorney Hummel received a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Boston University in 1986. Attorney Hummel practiced law on Cape Cod for several years before beginning working for Tedeschi Realty as Associate General Counsel; in 1992, she was appointed by Governor William F. Weld as Assistant Secretary of the Executive Office of Consumer Affairs; in 1994, she moved to the Massachusetts Port Authority, where she served in both legal and administrative positions. In 1997, she became partners with Attorney Robert Kraus in the firm of Kraus & Hummel LLP. |

Kathi Luoto (administrative assistant)Kathi has been with the firm of Kraus & Hummel LLP for approximately fifteen years. She has been, and is, an integral part of our organization. Kathi performs all administrative and clerical duties associated with the efficient operation of the firm. |
